Fitted beneath the bench
The models here run from 420mm to 1,100mm wide, 325mm to 420mm deep and 146mm to 200mm high. A basin that goes under the bench has to suit the bench, so choose by the cutout and the space beneath, not by the bowl alone. Give us your dimensions and thickness of the bench, and we will find the right option. Our stone basins page shows the whole Moda range.
Weight
A stone basin is solid. These models weigh 10kg to 18kg, listed on each product page, so the bench and its supports need to be built to carry the weight. Tell your builder before the bench is made.
Tap holes, and what is in the box
Every basin here lists a tap hole as an extra fee. Decide where the tap goes before you order, and read the Included line on each product page, because a product image can show a tap hole, overflow or waste that is not part of the basin. For the tap, see our basin mixers.
The material
Moda cast stone is a blend of limestone and high performance resins, pure white, and each piece is individually hand finished by craftsmen. The result is a solid material with a smooth, silky matt finish that is every bit as beautiful as sculpted marble. Every basin on this page carries a 10 year warranty, and any of them can be ordered in another colour, matt or gloss.
Matched through the bathroom
Because any Moda piece can be made in any colour, an under counter basin can be matched to a Moda stone bath in the same room. El Konin in Tel Aviv took Moda stone basins throughout, and Hamilton Island Beach Club took Moda stone basins and baths, all matching. See them on our projects page.
What is an undermount basin?
A basin fitted beneath the benchtop, so the bench edge sits over the bowl. The ones that sit on top are our above counter basins.
What size is the smallest and largest?
From 420mm to 1,100mm wide. The size is on each product page.
Does it come with a tap hole?
No. A tap hole is an extra fee on every model here. Check the Included line on the product page.
How long does it take to arrive?
If it is not in stock, 8 to 10 weeks, as listed on each product page.
Tell us about the bench
Send us the plan, or tell us the bench thickness and the cutout you have in mind, and we will tell you which basins fit and whether the model needs a tap hole. Call 1300 898 889, or request a quote on any basin on this page.
